I started 1st Call in 2007 after always wanting to run my own agency, some hard work and a bit of property market luck enabled me to start the business. Outside of work I enjoy running (which for some people sounds weird), watching football and generally trying to keep fit whilst having a massive chocolate addiction.

I'm Richard I started out in property back in 1989 so I have seen the good and bad times. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and generally trying to keep fit.

Hi I'm Dale, I've been involved in property since I was about 20 and I have always had a keen interest in all aspects of the industry. Outside of work I try to play cricket as much as possible in the summer and I enjoy most sports (even if they are just on the TV)

I recently joined 1st call as a lettings negotiator, with experience in the property industry and a background in sales it seemed like a natural progression for me.
Outside of work I play a lot of golf and I am a big arsenal fan, but please don't hold that against me.

I work within the property management department at 1st Call dealing with all our managed tenants and landlords.
Outside of work I am planning for my wedding which keeps me busy and also I enjoy being a bit nosey on facebook (outside of work of course).
