6. Making an offer

8. Progression and Completion

This involves checking titles, land and water searches as well as enquires to the sellers solicitors and checking any other relevant matters relating to the property. Once they are satisfied you will be asked to sign your part of the contract and mortgage documents prior to exchange and then finally completion.
